We offer a range of services aimed at both home customers and business customers. These services range from a break/fix service to a service contracts where we can be on hand fixing your problem within minutes, if need be. We know that there is nothing worse than loosing business because your computer is too slow or not working at all, as you downtime costs money even before in the cost of a repair.

Computer Services and repairs

We fix and maintain all the major brands of computer and laptops in the market today and all our repair work comes with a no fix no fee policy and any hardware repairs come with a warranty. If however you want piece of mind we have a range of support services starting at only £5 per computer for home users and £8 per computer for business users. These are the basic services that will help stop any large bill if something goes wrong. If you want us to try and prevent things going wrong then we have a range of services starting £9.99 for both home and business customers.

Remote support

We use a secure remote support program to help fix your computer so you do not need to wait on an engineer turning up to your door. If you have not signed up to one of our support packages then don’t worry as we might be able to still fix your computer this way. You will also receive the cost saving that you would have got if you had brought your computer into our workshop for repair.

Console repairs

We offer a range of repair services on all the new consoles on the market, with set prices and the ability to post your consoles in if you wish. Again we offer a warranty with most of our services and all are covered by our no fix no fee policy. We only use professional tools to repair your consoles and never use the fly by night methods that could damage your console.
