Why get a business support contract? We give our customer priority support and will often try remotely access your computer and solve your problem there and then. no waiting for an engineer to call and if our remote access software is installed before you get a problem then it is easier for us to help you. After all if you cannot do any business because your computer is down then you loose money on wages, you need to work late to make up for the time you lost and your customers might not be satisfied if you cannot address their needs in a timely manor.

Business servers and Active Directory management.
The above plans only cover up to 10 computers as they were designed for computers connected in a workgroup environment, if you have more than 10 computers connected in a workgroup then please call us to discuss prices. Workstations connected to a server using active directory are usually a lot more secure and as such our monthly support is less, to get an individual quote on your systems then please call us to arrange a visit which will cost you nothing

To help complement our services we also offer managed services, this will tell us about any problems your computers are having before you notice a problems. This allows us to take a proactive approach to keeping your computers and other IT infrastructure in top condition
Backup setup and monitoring

We can discuss onsite backups and offsite backups to suite your needs and save you from loosing any valuable data. Why offsite backups? There is a couple of reasons and we wish you never have any of these but they include:
- Power surge or lighting strike
- Fire
- Theft
- Water damage
Most fire-proof safes bought by small companies offer only 15 minutes protection in a site fire
We encrypt your data on your computer and never decrypt it until it arrives back on your computer should you need to recover anything. This means no one else can see your data except yourself and as an extra security measure you also cannot recover your data to another computer unless you ask us to remove this option. The encryption used is the same as what the US government uses on it's confidential documents.
