Why are some of these service cheaper than a call out?

The simple answer is we can work on other things while your computer is busy, for example removing a virus can take the computer from 20 minutes to over an hour to scan your hard drive. We will scan your computer with two different pieces of software so it could easily take two hours to complete. While your computer was being scanned we can then work on another customer and not bill you for the scanning time, however in a call out we bill by the hour no matter how long it takes the computer to finish scanning.
