Your computer is under threat constantly from viruses, malware or scareware (click for definitions) and these threats come for a variety from different locations. From emails and chat messages sent from infected computers to poisoned websites or infected files that have been downloaded. No anti-virus program is perfect and the people who create these viruses are clever and try to get round the anti-virus programs all the time.

So it’s no coincidence that some people get infected by one of the above, I have, and it’s not nice when you are. If you suspect you are infected Don’t access any online site that you need to give out personal or financial details like passwords or bank details. You might not think that accessing your facebook page will matter but they could get your password and as most computer users use the same password or variations of the same password then they will try other sites with these details and try to steal your identity or money.

Windows problems

Widows problems are caused by a number of things and will need some investigation into the problem before we can give you an answer, below are just some of the things that cause error messages or the dreaded blue screen of death (bsod)
