Are your games or films not loading when you put them into your PSP? Your UMD laser could be faulty, we will replace the faulty part and then check to make sure it is able to read from the UMD drive.

If you have problems with characters moving in games but you are not touching the analogue stick or are your button not working or only work with force? If so then this is the service for you. We will replace the faulty part and test it before we hand your PSP back to you.

Damaged PSP case or case replacement

If you have dropped or damaged your PSP’s case then book your console under this service. We will replace the case to the colour of your choice to make it look like new. We will then test out all of the buttons and the screen to make sure everything works correctly.

Unbricking

This service is only available on the PSP original, slim and lite. If you had a problem updating the firmware and now it does not work properly then this is the service for you. We will replace the faulty firmware and make sure it is updated to the latest version before we hand it back.
